Director – Call Center Technology (REMOTE):
Affiliated Computer Services

Primary responsibilities:

  • Provide Technology Leadership for our HCMS Call Centers.
  • Perform a client liaison role for technology strategy and thought leadership.
  • In Partnership with our Call Center business teams, maintain our Call Center Technology architectural blueprint and roadmap, and ensure conformity to that blueprint through the course of client engagement.
  • Forecast resource and skill needs proactively across the full technology landscape.
  • Lead Technology Implementation of Siebel for HCMS.
  • Proactively manage incidents, escalations and issues resolution to meet service level commitments.
  • Define and manage strategic, tactical, and operational plans in support of client needs, by committed delivery dates.
  • Identify and drive process and productivity improvements in client services.

Requirements for this position:
Internet access
Typing of at least 30 WPM
Availability DURING business hours of 9-5, Monday-Friday
Available MINIMUM 5-10 hours/week.
Available to work independant without kids coming along
Willing to cover MORE than one county
Able to follow directions (If you list “USA” for your counties, it WILL be deleted)
Able to check your e-mail DAILY

Customer Service Agent:

Currently hiring English and Bilingual (English and Spanish).

Customer Care Professionals (CCP’s) working this program will be responsible for delivering superior customer service in all customer interactions, which include the handling of inbound and outbound customer service calls.

Minimum 1 year of customer care experience required
Previous call center experience desired
Work from home experience desired.

Windows XP – Service pack 2 installed (required)
• 1GB RAM (at least 30% Free)
• Minimum 1 GB free hard drive disk space available for required training downloads
• 1 GHz Processor or higher
• Monitor with minimum screen resolution of 1024×768 (1280×1024 Recommended)
• Sound card and speakers to listen to audio files
• Subscription to current Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware Software service that gives current updated definitions

Windows Vista Basic
• 1GB RAM (at least 30% Free—1GB Recommended)
• Minimum 15 GB free hard drive disk space available for required training downloads
• 1.5 GHz Processor or higher
• Monitor with minimum screen resolution of 1024×768 (1280×1024 Recommended)
